POT Falkenberg GmbH is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, and for damages arising from injury to life, body or health. For simple negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. Liability under mandatory statutory provisions remains unaffected.
